Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and do not include order-processing time, weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

Available shipping options:
Standard shipping: $8; estimated transit time 3–5 business days.
Free Standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.
Express shipping: $15; estimated transit time 1–2 business days.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping is not included in the free-shipping offer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. TheUnPlug is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact page.
